The Station Fire Memorial Foundation was founded to raise funds, obtain and build a memorial to honor the 100 Angels who perished from the Station Fire.
The beautiful park has been completed, and we continue to do ongoing maintenance thereof. Anyone interested in organizing a memorial service at the park is more than welcome to do so. The purpose of the park is provide a place of solace, peace and remembrance to all the victims as well as the survivors and their families.
If anyone wants to organize the event, please keep in mind that (a) there are no open flames or candles to be on the sight as per the Town of West Warwick/Fire Department; (b) a permit will have to be pulled for the event through the Town of West Warwick and (c) event insurance will be needed for the service.
